Dan is primarily responsible for accounting functions, human resources management and daily business operation of the firm. As office manager, his tasks consist of client and vendor relations and providing administrative support for the staff. Dan started his professional career as an Educator and was recognized with an Excellence in Teaching Award. In 1999, his career proceeded into the business profession that includes Administration, Business Management, and Accounting.
Outside of the office, Dan is an avid Seahawks fan and along with his family enjoys hiking the vast scenic trails of the Pacific Northwest. He is a school board member in the local community and has also served several years on non-profit organization board and finance committees

An active theater artist and teacher, Shawn teaches and directs plays at Whatcom Community College and serves as adjunct faculty at Western Washington University. Local work has been seen at The Bellingham Theatre Guild, Lynden Performing Arts Guild, ShakespeareNW, and she is a founding member of ANBAHAR’s Black Market Theatre, which has produced its award-winning work at the Seattle Fringe Festival, the BOAT Festival, the AACTFest05 National One-Act Play Competition, and the Washington State Community Theatre Association kaleidoscope Festival. In fact, Shawn received an award for Outstanding Direction for “Exit, Chased by a Bear” at the latest (2009) Kaleidoscope Festival. This makes Shawn the most theatrical Legal Receptionist/Office Librarian in Bellingham, and we’re sticking to that story.
