Sallye’s lending and creditor’s rights practice focuses on assisting lenders with documentation and due diligence review as well as representing creditors in bankruptcy and assisting lenders with all aspects of collection, including real and personal property foreclosure. In her real estate practice, Sallye represents a number of clients in all phases of real estate acquisition and leasing and also assists commercial landlords with eviction proceedings. Sallye’s general business practice covers a wide range of business issues, including selecting and forming the business entity, buying and selling assets and interests in operating enterprises, ownership agreements and general contract drafting and negotiation.
