Professional Experience: Erin focuses her practice on estate planning and appellate advocacy. With estate planning clients, she employs a logical and cooperative approach that guides clients through short-term decisions and long-term planning. Erin recently completed a two-year clerkship in Seattle with Washington State Court of Appeals Judge Mary Kay Becker. She also authored a report for the Washington State Legislature on behalf of the Climate Impacts Group at the University of Washington. As a Goldmark fellow for the Legal Foundation of Washington, Erin worked with LAW Advocates providing legal services to low-income clients in Whatcom County. She also served as a Laurel Rubin Farm Worker Intern for Columbia Legal Services in Eastern Washington. Before becoming an attorney, Erin was a high school teacher and a social worker. She was also a white water river guide in Montana and backcountry instructor in Southern Utah. Associations:
